Maintaining Your Accreditation
AFMP accreditation is renewed annually and reflects a carrier's ongoing commitment to safety, compliance, professionalism, and operational excellence.
Reaccreditation Requirements
To maintain AFMP accreditation, carriers must:

Continue meeting AFMP training requirements, including completion of required training by carrier personnel.

Maintain insurance, licensing, and compliance requirements

Submit required performance data twice annually

Demonstrate ongoing adherence to recognized industry best practices

Complete all renewal requirements before accreditation expires, including reapplication and submission of required documentation.

Renewal Timeline
AFMP accreditation is renewed annually.
Accreditation
Period
Carriers that achieve AFMP accreditation during the pilot program will maintain accreditation through December 31, 2027. Accreditation fees are waived through December 31, 2026.
Renewal Submission Deadline
Renewal submission deadline is 90 days prior to expiration.
Review Process & Approval
Renewal approval notifications are issued approximately 15 days prior to the accreditation expiration date.
