Accreditation hereunder only indicates that the required percentage of a Carrier’s employee and independent contractor personnel completed all required AMFP training modules required under the NHDA’s stated requirements for such accreditation as of the date this certificate was awarded. Outcomes are not guaranteed, and 3PL’s, retailers, shippers, distributors, and other clients should conduct their own due diligence, including verifying licensure, insurance, legal status, and qualifications, and checking references.
