About AFMP

Well trained delivery professionals are the key for a safe and reliable home delivery experience that exceeds customer expectations. The National Home Delivery Association’s Accredited Final Mile Professional (AFMP) program recognizes carriers that are committed to safety, professionalism, and continuous improvement.  The foundation of the AFMP is the training designed by industry professional and approved by the national trade association.

The AFMP badge is a credible, industry-backed signal that delivery organizations meet defined operational, compliance, and performance standards — supported by education, resources, and best practice guidance. Accreditation helps carriers strengthen their businesses while giving 3PLs, retailers, and customers added confidence in delivery outcomes.
