The Forum brings together over 200 of the home delivery professionals specializing in appliance, furniture and large item residential delivery and installation. The program features an information-packed agenda focusing on the trends and challenges impacting the home delivery industry, particularly as the industry recovers from Covid-19. The format of facilitated panel discussions features industry leaders, subject matter experts and encourages the active engagement of your industry peers.

Registration
Through March 31st the early registration fee for the Annual Forum is $350 per member/$500 for non-members and includes all programs and events. Guests can attend the receptions, keynote luncheon and Pinnacle Awards Dinner for $150. A new travel protection plan has been added to your registration.

On Tuesday evening the annual NHDA Pinnacle Awards Dinner and Reception, a terrific evening of fine dining and comradery with your industry peers, will recognize industry trailblazers and frontline workers for their contributions to the home delivery industry. The Forum will open with a Keynote address by Maj. Gen Russell Honoré (RET). As the commander of Joint Task Force Katrina, he became known as the “Category 5 General” for his striking leadership style in coordinating military relief efforts in post-hurricane New Orleans. The decorated 37-year army veteran is a global authority on leadership and emergency preparedness.

Tuesday's Keynote Luncheon will feature author and speaker Shannon Huffman Polson. As one of the first women to fly the Apache helicopter in the U.S. Army, Polson's career spans almost a decade as an Army officer and attack aviation leader around the globe, as well as five years leading and managing in the corporate sector at Guidant and Microsoft. Polson is committed to leadership for lives that matter.
Pinnacle Awards
In 2019 the NHDA initiated the presentation of the Pinnacle Awards to recognize stellar achievement and leadership in our industry. This year the NHDA is recognizing frontline employees and delivery teams. These outstanding folks have performed their essential duties under very difficult circumstances and are most deserving of our recognition and thanks. The Pinnacle Awards Dinner will also recognize three trailblazing members for their lifetime contributions to our industry and the NHDA. Please join us in honoring the achievements of:

Showcasing breathtaking views of the San Diego Bay, this downtown waterfront hotel features well-appointed rooms, refined amenities, warm Californian hospitality and great meeting facilities.
When you’re re-directed to the InterContinental Web Link, first hit “Book Now” From there, select your reservation dates (you wills see that group code is automatically loaded) and then click search. It will then direct you to select your room type. After the room type is selected, the 3rd page will state the group name and rate details.
